Artist Spotlight is a series of contemporary artist spotlights designed for grades 7 to 12. The first set focuses on Indigenous artists in the AGO Collection. The artists featured are Barry Ace, Sonny Assu and Ruth Cuthand. Additional spotlights on Robert Houle, Carl Beam and Adrian Stimson will be developed soon. Each artist spotlight provides information about an artwork, the artist’s biography and an activity students can do from home as well as share online.
